Terms and Conditions
Our commitment to you is that we will service, repair and do preventive maintenance for the life of the equipment we supply. We carry all critical components in stock to attend emergencies and resolve issues right away.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to British Columbia. Ask about shipping to other locations.
Delivery may require between 2 and 5 days once the product is ready. Please check the Lead Time section on each product page
Return & Refund
At Metagenics Fitness Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and services, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as intended, please contact us right away and we will work with you to make it right as we carry all critical components in stock to attend emergencies.
As all sales of fitness equipment are final, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for products that you decide you don’t like.
We will supply all parts for the lifecycle of the products we sell.
If there is an issue or claim with our products ( warranty or out of warranty), we will need pictures / videos of the problem so we can address them right away and send the correct parts with instructions or videos on how o replace them.
All products will need minimum assembly.
